Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skatnet.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a report or subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Tatiana Ayueva, trading as SKATNET, Limassol, Cyprus (sole proprietor) — referred to as "SKATNET", "we", "us".

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

SKATNET is an analytical tool. It generates price estimates and investment analysis reports for Cyprus residential property, based on statistical modelling of property market data.

The Service is not:

• a formal property valuation, and reports are not valuations for banking, court, tax, or other official purposes;
• financial, investment, legal, or tax advice;
• a guarantee of any price, rental income, yield, or investment outcome.

All figures in reports and on the Service are statistical estimates based on the information you provide and market data available at the time of generation. Actual values depend on property condition, legal status, and other factors not assessed by the Service. Always verify findings with a licensed real estate professional, legal advisor, and tax consultant before making any property decision.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person or, on the Agency plan, one organisation with up to the included number of seats.

4. Plans, payments, and renewals

Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Subscriptions (Unlimited, Agency) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.

Pay-per-report purchases are one-time payments for a single report.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Digital content and the 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)

Reports are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing a report, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is generated.

For subscriptions, EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the initial purchase; if you have used the Service during that period (e.g. generated full reports), we may deduct a proportionate amount for the use already made. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you mandatorily.

6. Agency plan and white-label licence

On the Agency plan, reports can carry your agency's branding. You may share white-label reports with your own clients in the ordinary course of your business. You may not resell access to the Service itself, offer report generation as a standalone product to third parties, or redistribute reports in bulk outside your client relationships. You are responsible for how your team members use their seats.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service; reverse-engineer our models or software; use the Service to build a competing dataset or product; share one account across multiple organisations; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and underlying data, belongs to SKATNET. Reports you generate are licensed to you for your own decision-making and internal business use and, on the Agency plan, for sharing with your clients as described in section 6. Your agency branding remains yours.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we make no warranty that estimates will match actual transaction prices or outcomes;
• we are not liable for decisions made, or not made, on the basis of the Service or any report, including purchase, sale, rental, renovation, or investment decisions;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity;
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections 8–9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The current version is always available on this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
